Hand #53 – Todd Jacobson raises under the gun to 30,000, winning the blinds and antes.
Hand #54 – Matt Juttelstad raises under the gun to 26,000, Keith Ferrera reraises from the cutoff to 61,000, and Omar Sider thinks for a while in the small blind. At one point, he stacks all of his chips as if he is going to move all in, but he pauses, thinks some more, and simply calls.
Juttelstad four-bets it to 91,000, which would be more than half of Sider’s stack, and Ferrera quickly folds.
Sider says, "You don’t want me to see the flop?" Juttelstad says nothing. Sider boldly asks, "What do you have?" Juttelstad replies, "What do you have?"
Shockingly, Sider holds up his cards so everyone can see — [JhJs]. Juttelstad says nothing. Sider says he isn’t likely to get a better hand than this one, and he moves all in. Juttelstad calls with [AcKh], and it’s a race situation.
The board comes [Ad8d8h6h7d], and Matt Juttelstad pairs his ace on the flop to win the pot and eliminate Omar Sider in seventh place, on the WPT Final Table bubble.
Matt Juttelstad – Official chip count coming soon
Omar Sider – Out in 7th Place ($32,598)
Before he leaves, Sider asks Juttelstad if he would have called if Sider had moved all in. Juttelstad thinks for a moment and says he would have, because Ferrera would be folding most of the time anyway.
The final six players are currently filling out their WPT bio sheets and bagging and tagging their chips. Official chip counts will be posted soon.
