After a flop of , Kelly Kellner checks the big blind, Harley Stoffmaker (pictured) bets 18,000 from the button, and Kellner check-raises to 45,000. Stoffmaker goes into the tank.
While Stoffmaker thinks quietly, Kellner is having a good time chatting with the rest of the table, openly pondering whether Stoffmaker or Matthew Wilkins (sitting on the other side of the table) has more success with women. (Kellner says it in a complimentary way, telling them that they are both good-looking men.)
Eventually Stoffmaker quietly moves all in, and Kellner quickly calls with for a pair of kings. Stoffmaker turns over for a pair of sevens, and needs to improve to stay alive.
The turn card is the , and Stoffmaker says, “That’s a good card for me,” as it gives him additional outs to a gutshot straight draw.
But the river card pairs the board with the , and Kellner wins the pot with two pair, kings and threes, to eliminate Stoffmaker in 28th place.
