Justin Young bets out on a [9s8s3s10c] board and Hyon Kim puts in a big raise, effectively committing himself. Young announces he is all-in and Kim quickly calls for his tournament life.
"Do you have a flush?," Young asks.
"No, I have a set," Kim replies.
"I have a straight," says Young as he flips over [Js7h].
"At least I have outs," Kim responded as he turns over [8c8h].
Young walks away from the table and turns his back before the river is dealt. Kim watches as the dealer brings the [As] on the river, making a flush for Young and eliminating Kim.
"You’re good," tablemate Matt Stout calls over to Young, who comes back over to the table and starts stacking chips.
Young then gives credit to none other than Emeline Boich for the big pot. Boich is seated at the table as well and apparently gave Young some advice before the hand started:
"She told me I needed to get in a pot to win," Young explains to the table.
