The penultimate day of the WPT World Championship Series at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas has crowned another champion. Out of a massive field of 1,570 entries, Adam Hendrix and Ian O’Hara are taking home the biggest slice of the $4,331,995 prize pool in the NLH $3k Event.
Both agreed to deal numbers in heads-up and then flip blind for the Wynn trophy with some side bet action going on between Mike Jozoff and Francis Anderson.
Hendrix held the lead and pocketed the bigger payday of $629,000, while O’Hara earned $541,246 for his efforts. They even ran two blind flips, both of which O’Hara won, but as per Wynn policy, the player with more chips gets the trophy automatically.
