Ioannis Angelou-Konstas raised from under the gun and Walter van Dalen defended his big blind.
The flop came 
and Van Dalen check-called 65,000. Van Dalen check-called a bet of 200,000 on the 
turn and then another bet of 400,000 on the 
river, with Angelou-Konstas betting all three streets.
