Jan Peter Jachtmann Among Big Names in the Field

The 4th place finisher in this summer’s World Series of Poker Main Event, Jan Peter Jachtman is among several notables in today’s field.

In an early pot, he was heads-up to a flop of versus the big blind, and after a continuation bet of 2,100, he gets a fold from his opponent to take an early pot.

Among other big names that have been seen throughout the week and are either already in today’s field or expected to come back are WPT champions Dietrich Fast and  Tyler Patterson, WPT Prime champion Stephen Song, who Patterson actually had at his table for part of the day Friday, WPT Deepstacks champion Thomas Hofmann, who bagged 3,000 chips on Day 1B, but is trying to score a much bigger stack to bring to Day 2.
