The wonderful journey of Jason Hartman has come to an end. He won a free seat into this competition and was the chip leader for long periods of time yesterday. He was a great sport and loved every minute of it. Unfortunately, he won’t be making the money but he is already the richer for his experience.
Sunil Devachander opened, Hartman three-bet, Devachander called. The flop was [As] [9s] [3d] and Hartman decided to make a stand and moved all-in; Devachander wasn’t going anywhere.
Devachander: [Ac] [Ks]
Hartman: [Ah] [Jh]
Just a case of bad timing for the man who timed everything perfectly yesterday. The turn [Qd] and river [8h] sending Hartman out and Devachander onwards and upwards.
