Jason Koon Doubles Thru Ray Tabby

In the last hand before the break at the Featured TV Table, Sorel Mizzi raises from the cutoff to 2,000, Ray Tabby calls from the button, and Jason Koon (pictured above) calls from the big blind.

The flop comes [Ad9s4d], Koon checks, and Mizzi bets 3,800. Tabby raises to 9,000, and Koon check-raises to 21,000. Mizzi folds, and Tabby reraises to 49,000.

Koon five-bets all in for 99,400, and Tabby calls with [AsQh] (pair of aces). Koon turns over [9d9h] (set of nines), and he’s a huge favorite to double up.

The turn is the [7c], the river is the [10s], and Jason Koon wins the pot with his set of nines to double up in chips.
