James Gilbert raises from the button to 90,000, Jean Gaspard (pictured) calls from the small blind, and Roman Valerstein calls from the big blind. All three players check to the turn on a board of , and it checks to Gilbert, who bets 150,000. Gaspard check-raises to 325,000, and Valerstein check-reraises all in for about 1.6 million.
Gilbert folds, and Gaspard goes into the tank. While he’s thinking, Gaspard says, “I don’t think I’m good enough to fold this hand.”
Gaspard tanks for a while longer before he folds (trip kings) face up. Valerstein takes the pot.
