Jeff Kimber Stays Alive

After being crippled down to about two big blinds, Jeff Kimber mounted a small comeback.

Kimber then moved all in on the turn in a three-way pot with the board showing [10c10s3hKc]. Annie Duke called and Dan Martin folded. Kimber showed [Ah3c] for two pair, tens and threes, but he was behind Duke’s higher two pair with K-x. But the river card was another 3, giving Kimber a full house to nearly triple up.

Kimber moved all in from late position on the next hand for about 36,000, winning the blinds and antes. That’s where he stands at the break.
