Jimmy Gorham and Jasthi Kumar see a flop of and both check their action. The falls on fourth street and Gorham reaches for chips. He moves 200,000 into the center of the table. Kumar grabs a handful of pink 100,000-denomination chips and flings the entire stack forward, signifying a raise that’s a significant portion of Gorham’s remaining stack. Gorham three-bets all in and Kumar instantly calls.

Gorham’s two pair leads Kumar’s top pair heading to the river. Unfortunately for Gorham, the rolls off on fifth street, pairing the board and giving Kumar a higher two pair. Gorham is eliminated as the runner up and collects $56,595 in prize money.
Jasthi Kumar, on the other hand, is crowned the victor, denying Gorham the title of first WPTDS two-time champ. Kumar takes home $80,840 in prize money.
