Julen Lijo Leads Final 9 in WPT Madrid Championship

The WPT Prime Madrid Championship has now seen a field of 396 grind down to the final nine as Day 2 has come to a close. Julen Lijo dubbed Ivan Murtov the official final table bubble boy to end the night, a pot that also earned him the title of chipleader headed into the final day.

The final nine will return tomorrow at 1:00 pm to crown a winner and action will pick up with blinds of 25,000-50,000 with a 50,000 big blind ante. Levels will remain 60-minutes in length and play will not halt until a champion has been crowned.
