Kenny Tran a No-Show; Chris Moore Gets an Upgrade

Kenny Tran will not be making it to this event and as a result, Chris Moore has been promoted to Shooting Star status. Moore finished second in last year’s LAPC $10,000 Heads-Up Championship before winning it this year (playing Vivek Rajkumar in the finals both years), yet was snubbed from the recent NBC Heads-Up Championship.
