Kramer's Demise

Apr 18, 2015

Darren Kramer has just been knocked out after two very hands that played out back-to-back. Kramer busted out in 26th place, while we lost Martin Maroun right before that in all the commotion in 27th place.

On a AspadeQspade9heartKheart board we picked up the action when Hilton Nortje checked to Kramer who bet 60,000. Nortje made it 120,000 and Kramer made the call.

The river was the 6club and Nortje put Kramer all in for 175,000 chips. Kramer seemed very confused as of what to do, and he tanked for about eight minutes before folding his set of queens face up. The other players at the table were shocked, and Nortje showed Aclub4club to make the hand even more painful.

Kramer yelled at himself while some of his friends let out that they thought it was a horrible fold. Kramer seemed devastated and on the very next hand he was all in for his tournament life against Daniel Lamberti.

Lamberti: AA
Kramer: AQ

The board brought mere blanks and Kramer busted out in 26th place.
