Level 16 Begins; Action Clocks in Play

The players have returned from break and starting this level, action clocks will be in play. Players will be given 30 seconds to act and if they go over that amount they will be charged one (1) time bank plaque.  Each player has been given 4 to start and will receive more on Day 2.
