Little Bets Big

Peter Politano raises to 9,000 from eary position and Jonathan Little defends the big blinds.  The flop comes [9d8d5c] and Little checks. Politano bets 12,000 and Little calls. Both players check when the turn comes [Qh].

The river is the [Jd] and Little bets 90,000.  Politano thinks for 30 seconds or so before folding.  As Little rakes in the pot, Politano tells him, "I almost made a hero call there, but the bet was too big.  I had a pair."
