After losing a kings-vs.-queens cooler and getting knocked down to just 1,500 in chips (4 big blinds), Luo went on a shoving spree, seemingly to either run up his stack or run it down to the felt so he could re-enter.
This all happened during the previous level (Level 3), with blinds at 200-400 with a 400 ante.
HAND #1 – Luo moves all in from UTG+1 for 1,500, the hijack reraises, and everyone else folds.
Luo turns over , and needs to improve to stay alive against his opponent’s .
The board comes , and Luo pairs his eight on the flop to win the pot and double up in chips.

HAND #2 – Luo moves all in under the gun for 4,000, taking the blinds and ante.

At this point, Luo has a solid stack, rebounding from his dip down to 1,500. We’ll have to wait and see if he can hold onto his stack long enough to survive the Money Bubble tomorrow on Day 2.
