Maths Hits the Rail

EPT Champion Antonio Matias has been knocked out again and perhaps he’ll be looking at firing another bullet in this event.

The players at his former table recalled the hand that went as following.

A player raised to 2,000 before the flop and two players called, including Matias with jack-ten.

The flop brought out K78 with two clubs and the initial raiser bet 6,500. Matias was the only caller and the turn brought a blank.

Matias was put to the test after being put all in for 12,000, but ultimatly he made the call.

Matias’ gut shot did not fill up on the river against the aces ofh is opponent, and he hit the rail.
