Nico Betbese Wins Raising War

David ODB Baker raises to 2,000 and Nico Betbese three-bets to 6,000 in the next seat. It folds to Kevin Andriamahefa in the big blind and he four-bets to 14,000. Baker gets out of the way but Betbese has other plans.
