After a limp from Ben Jacobs UTG, Chris Moorman opens to 1,400,000 but is then three-bet to 3,200,000 by Noel Rodriguez who puts almost all of his stack across the line. Ben Jacobs then springs his trap and limp-raises to 10,000,000 and the action is back to Moorman.
“Ugh, I have such a huge hand, but I can’t do it,” he sighs as he surrenders his cards.
Rodriguez then uses one of his time banks before he makes the call for his tournament life.
“Oh wow, you have a monster! You’re good!” Jacobs says when Rodriguez tables while he flips over , meanwhile, Moorman admits he folded ace-king.
The board runs out for Rodriguez’s kings to hold to award him the pot for a double-up.
Noel Rodriguez – 8,100,000 (20 bb)
Ben Jacobs – 29,600,000 (74 bb)
Chris Moorman – 36,500,000 (91 bb)
