Parkinson Wins Back to Back Pots

Padraig Parkinson continues his post heart attack rehabilitation here at WPT Venice. He has his work cut out for him at a very difficult table, but he has just won back to back pots to help him settle in amongst the kids.

Gianluca Speranza arrives late at the table, but just in time to bet 325 from early position. Little David Nicholson is seated in the hijack seat and he makes the call as does Parkinson on the button. The flop is [Ks] [Qc] [4d] and Parkinson takes down the pot with a bet of 600.

A few hands later and Parkinson raises to 400 from the hijack and Speranza defends his big blind. The flop is [Ad] [9d] [2h] and a 475 c-bet does the trick for the Irishman.

Parkinson ~ 35,000
Speranza ~ 28,000

Another great table though with Dario Alioto, Rupert Elder and Charles Chattha making up the difference.
