Phil Hellmuth's Walk of Shame

When Phil Hellmuth (foreground right) snap-called the all-in bet on the turn of Peter Nguyen (top left, seated), he pushed his chips forward in the traditional Phil Hellmuth style, and he was so eager he buried his own cards under the pile.

By the time Hellmuth fished out his pocket sevens (he flopped middle set), Nguyen had already turned over his pocket jacks (top set) — Hellmuth was a little stunned to see he had been colored.

By the time the river card fell to seal Hellmuth’s fate, the rest of the field had already left for the break, giving WPT Producer Andy Liakos (left) a clear shot to tape Hellmuth’s walk of shame.
