Puzich Takes an Early Hit

In a three-way limped pot to the 
flop, it was checked to Parham Ahoor and he bet 225, picking up a single caller. The 
on the turn was checked through, while Ahoor bet the 
river. His opponent called and Ahoor tabled 
for a pair of nines to win the pot.
Soon after, Mathias Puzich (pictured) raised to 250 on the button and was called by Ahoor in the small blind. Jonathan Alley in the big blind three-bet to 825 and Puzich called, as did Ahoor. The flop fell 
and Ahoor checked, Alley continued for 1,500 and both opponents called.
On the 
turn, the trio checked before the 
on the river brought a check by Ahoor and a bet of 3,600 by Alley. Only Puzich called and tapped the table when Alley tabled 
for kings and sevens.
