Photo: Ravi Raghavan (right) contemplates the all-in bet from Naoya Kihara (left) on the turn. Like all members of the WPT Champions Club, Raghavan received a pair of Monster DNA Headphones, which he is wearing here.
After a flop of [8s7h6d], Naoya Kihara (first Japanese player in history to win a WSOP bracelet) checks the small blind, and WPT Champions Club member Ravi Raghavan bets 5,000 from the big blind. Kihara calls.
The turn card pairs the board with the [6c], Kihara checks, Raghavan bets 13,000, and Kihara moves all in.
Raghavan calls all in for about 60,000 with [AdAh] for an overpair, and Kihara turns over [10d5d] for an open-ended straight draw.
The river card is the [Jd], and Raghavan wins the pot with two pair, aces and sixes, to double up in chips.
Ravi Raghavan – 145,000 (72 bb)
Naoya Kihara – 120,000 (60 bb)
