Robert Panitch Doubles Thru Chipleader Jordan Cristos

Feb 8, 2014

In the final hand of the night at another table, there is a three-way all-in situation involving chipleader (and WPT Champions Club member) Jordan Cristos, Robert Panitch, and a short-stacked player. Here are their hands:

Jordan Cristos: [AsKh]
Robert Panitch:  [KdQd]
Short-Stacked Player:  [Jh3d]

The board comes [Jc5c4hQhQs], and Panitch wins the pot with trip queens to eliminate the short stack and double thru Cristos. Cristos drops down to about 205,000, and it’s not clear whether or not he will still be the Day 1A chipleader.

Robert Panitch  –  42,500  (42 bb)
Jordan Cristos  –  205,200  (205 bb)
