Rocco Palumbo Doubles

Our reigning champion, Rocco Palumbo, has just found a double up.

He reacted to an early position open by moving 12,000 of his 13,250 into the middle and his opponent just called. Then as the dealer was preparing to deal the flop, his opponent moved a blue 5k chip into the middle to put Palumbo all-in.

The flop rained down [Ah] [6d] [2s], Palumbo moved his last 1,250 into the pot and turned over ace-king. His opponent showed pocket nines and two bricks later Palumbo was back up to just below starting stack.
