A raise by Romain Lewis resulted in the three-bet to 45,000 by Marco Slacanac in the big blind and Lewis called. The flop fell 
and Slacanac continued for 55,000. Lewis used one time bank extension and moved all in, and Slacanac took just a few moments before announcing “I think I have to call.”
