Ryan D'Angelo is off to a Good Start

Ryan D’Angelo (pictured), fresh off his 11th place finish at WPT Borgata last week, has just joined the field. He opens to 300 from under the gun and gets two callers.

The flop comes , Richard Kirsch checks from the small blind and D’Angelo bets 1,200. Only the cutoff calls.

The turn brings the [qh], D’Angelo bets 3,500 and the cutoff quickly calls. D’Angelo says, “Snap call, you have jack ten right?”

The river is the [7d] and D’Angelo goes “I’m gonna bet big so you fold your jack ten,” as he puts out 11,000. His opponent does indeed lay it down.
