Welcome to Day 2 of the Season XVIII WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Two starting flights produced a field of 843 entries and a prize pool of $2,697,600. Only 318 players remain, and each is looking to capture the $482,636 first-place prize, which includes a $15,000 seat into the season-ending Baccarat Crystal WPT Tournament of Champions.

Leading the way into Day 2 is Ryan Remington (pictured) with 475,000, holding a sizable lead over his nearest competitors. Alan Schein (345,500), David Levy (344,500), Vladimir Vasilyev (323,500), Barbaro Diaz (312,500) and Davian Santana (307,000) are the only others above the 300,000 mark.

The schedule for Day 2 calls for another ten 60-minute levels to be played. There will be a 90-minute dinner break after Level 16 (about 6:30 p.m. ET) and the field is expected to reach the money at 106 players at some point following the dinner break.

With that, the stage is now set for the start of Day 2 of the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Main Event to begin at 12 p.m. (ET) from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
