Sam Panzica Wins a Three-Way All In to Eliminate Jermaine Gerlin and Knock Filipp Khavin Down to 2bb

Filipp Khavin raises from the button to 14,000, Jermaine Gerlin moves all in from the small blind for 109,000, and Sam Panzica moves all in over the top from the big blind for 112,000.
