Santo Bakker Takes the Lead

Santo Bakker raises to 450,000 on the button, David Hu defends and the dealer spreads out on the flop. Hu taps the table, Bakker continues with a bet of 350,000 and Hu then check-raises to 900,000.

The turn sees Hu bet 1,000,000 and Bakker calls. A completes the board and Hu quickly puts 500,000 into the middle.

Bakker takes a moment but in the end, he raises it to 2,500,000, and Hu snap-calls with . His three johnnies are strong but not enough when Bakker tables which gives him a straight to take down the pot, catapulting him into the lead.
