Shooting Star: Chau Giang

You may not hear a lot about Chau Giang lately, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been raking in the cash. Giang was part of the contingent of poker pros logging hours at the high stakes tables in the infamous Macau cash games last year and it is rumored that Giang came away with seven-figure profits thanks to some very, very large pots.

Giang’s accomplishments extend beyond cash games, as he has over $3.7 million in tournament earnings, including three WSOP bracelets and two WPT final table appearances at the World Poker Open in Season II and the LAPC in Season V. Giang is also seventh on the all-time WSOP cash list with 59 cashes and has more Omaha cashes than anyone else in history.
