Six-Minute Tank From Bokor

Stephen Bokor is under the gun and makes it 23,000 to go. Cong Pham flats from middle position and it folds to Thad McNulty who three-bets to 100,000 from the hijack. Action comes back to Bokor who calls. Pham lets it go and the two are heads up to the flop.
