“This is early for you, mate,” Darren Kramer joked with Jarred Solomon, who just entered the room.
It is currently 6:30 p.m. local time and Solomon just entered the tournament, a little under two hours into the event.
Solomon won the Mixed Max event earlier this series and with that he topped the $1,000,000 career earnings mark.
Solomon came very close to winning a WSOP bracelet on numerous occassions, his best result being a second place in the $10,000 Pot Limit Hold’em tournament in 2011 for $354,460.
With Solomon enteing the event the entire Top 3 on the South African all-time money list is present in this event, with Raymond Rahme and Darren Kramer playing as well.
