Split Pot Between Vamplew and Goeller

Mar 11, 2014

The action folds around to David Vamplew in the small blind and he raises to 450 and Andreas Goller calls in the big blind.

Both players proceed to check to the turn on a board of [Tc] [5c] [2d] [3c] and Vamplew draws first blood with a bet of 700, Goeller makes it 1,550, Vamplew makes it 4,000, Goeller makes it 10,000, Vamplew moves all-in and Goeller makes the call.

Vamplew is the first to show his hand when he unveils the wheel – [Ac] [4h] – before Goeller reveals the same hand [Ad] [4c].

So split pot then?

Not quite yet because Vamplew has the ace of clubs for the flush draw, not that it seems to bother Goeller who looks as cool as a cucumber.

River: [Jd]

Chop it up boys.
