There have been several all-ins by the short stacks in the early going on Day 2, with some failing to survive and others making it through.
Among the survivors, both Teresa Blake and Danny Noseworthy have claimed blinds and antes on their respective tables after pushing and getting no callers. Meanwhile Nicholas Petrina did find himself at risk after being all in with [9d][9h] against Jason Ross’s [10d][10c], but a nine came among the community cards to preserve Petrina’s tourney life.
A half-dozen players were less fortunate, and now 108 remain as they move into the second half of Level 14.
Teresa Blake – 65,000
Nicholas Petrina – 62,000
Danny Noseworthy – 20,000
Jason Ross – 15,000
