Sylvain Naets’s Main Event dream is over after two key hands.
First, he raised in early position to 100,000 and Alain Bauer defended his big blind. The flop came and Bauer checked to Naets who continued for 140,000. Bauer then check-raised all in, putting Naets to the test. Naets would eventually fold, and was shown the of Bauer.
In the very next hand Naets moved all in for 445,000 from under the gun. Felipe Ramos was in the next position and moved all in over the top. The remaining players all folded and the cards were turned over.
