The 100,000 Chip Flip

Oct 31, 2015

Neil Kilgour and Raheem Tadj-Saadat have clashed in a huge pot. Having isolated the oher players pre-flop, both men saw a two-diamond flop fall. Neil Kilgour had Diamond ADiamond 10 and managed to get all the chips in, up against Raheem’s Club 9Spade 9 .

But while Kilgour held the bigger stack, Tadj-Saadat held the fortune, fading diamonds on turn and river to double up to 55k. Had Kilgour hit a diamond, ace or ten, he’d have doubled to over 100,000 chips, but sits on 49k instead, still well above the 37k average.
