One thing that we have noticed about South African poker is they like to play any two. Here is another great example of the ability to stick it in with absolutely anything.
Nahum Lum limps into the pot from early position and it sparks a series of limps equating to a five man flop. The dealer lays down the [Kc] [7s] [2d] and it checks to Gideon Scheepers in the big blind who bets 1,800. Lum calls as does a player seated on the button wearing a hat entitled ‘fool’. The turn is the [2h] and once again Scheepers leads and both players call; this time for 2,500. The final card is the [As], Scheepers checks, Lum bets 6,500, ‘fool’ folds and Scheepers makes the call. Scheepers turns over [3c] [2c] for trips and takes the pot without even bothering to see the hand of Scheepers, which incidentally was [Ad] [7c]
