Thomas Carroll Puts Connor Rash to the Test on the River

With the final board showing Spade KSpade 2Diamond 6Diamond 3Diamond 9 and a good pot built up in the middle, Thomas Carroll bets 42,000 from the big blind, and Connor Rash goes into the tank from the cutoff with 38,800 behind. (Making it effectively an all-in bet.)

Eventually, Carroll starts talking, saying something like Rash isn’t going to like what he sees.

Rash thinks for a while longer before he folds, and Carroll shows Spade 5Heart 4 for a six-high straight as he takes the pot.

After the hand, Rash says, “I was going to call until you started talking.”
