Tjan Tepeh Shoves on Raphael Blouet

Raphael Blouet opens to 600,000 from UTG and action folds to Tjan Tepeh who three-bets to 1,500,000 and Blouet calls.

The flops comes out and Tepeh continues for 600,000 after a check from Blouet, who then subsequently calls. 

On the turn , Blouet checks once more and Tepeh uses a time bank before he moves all in for 4,500,000. 

After some tanking, Blouet decides to surrender his hand and the pot is pushed over to Tepeh.
