Two-time Final Tablist Anthony Cruz in the Field

This season there are a select group of players who have made multiple WPTDeepStack Main Event final tables. Leading the way at the top of the Player of the Year standings is Omar Lakhdari courtesy of his runner-up finishes in Cannes and Vilamoura.

Then there is Tobias Peters who has also final-tabled two WPTDS Main Events (Amsterdam and Valkenburg) along with a cash in Brussels.

In third place is Anthony Cruz (pictured above at the WPTDS Cannes final table), who finished third in WPTDS Cannes and followed that up with a fifth-place finish in Marrakech. He is in the field shortly after the first break in Day 1a of the WPTDS Main Event and is looking for all important POY points.

A reminder that the winner of the Player of the Year will receive €15,000 in WPT Main Tour Event buy-ins, a €5,000 WPTDS Europe sponsorship package for WPTDS Europe Main Events, and a customs WPTDS Europe Player of the Year trophy.
