Vineet Kumar Soars to the top of the Leaderboard

Vineet Kumar won a side event already during the festival aboard the Deltin Royale and he appears destined to also make a deep run in the 2023 WPT Prime India Main Event as well after becoming the first player with more than half a million in chips on Day 1c. What makes it even more impressive is the fact that this happens in level 12.

A big pot is brewing between Kumar and Vivek Karwa with more than 150,000 in the middle to the turn on which Karwa jams. Kumar doesn’t ask for a count but swiftly calls.
