Tournament director Christian Scalzi just confirmed once again for all participants that we will be following TDA rules for this tournament. This means if you are not in your seat when the first card of the deck is dealt, then you have to wait for another opportunity to steal the Blinds.
Another rule is the action on the River when it was check/check. Usually it would be the last aggressor to show first but after TDA rules this changes to the player that comes first after the Button. Why do we write this? Because it just happened on the table of Gordon Huntly, who defended his Big Blind against a raise to 250 preflop. On the Flop [2h] [9c] [4d] both checked, on the Turn [8c] Huntly check-called 350 before both opponents checked the River [4c] again. Huntly had to show first with [Jd] [Td] and lost against [Ah] [7s] .
