The World Poker Tour has returned to Amsterdam, Netherlands for Season 2023 and Day 1A of the much-awaited WPT Prime Amsterdam is set to begin at 12:30 PM CET.
Last season, Santo Bakker claimed the title of this event after outlasting 757 entries for a top prize of €130,690.
This event features a buy-in of €1,100 and offers three starting flights, with the third one being in Turbo mode. Players will start with 30,000 in chips and late registration will remain open until the start of Level 7 for all flights, during which unlimited re-entry will be available.
For Day 1A and Day 1B, levels will be of 40 minutes throughout the day with a 15-minute break every three levels. Day 1C will feature 20-minute levels instead, with a 15-minute break every 6 levels.
Each starting flight will play as many levels as it takes to reach the final 12.5%, and everyone who advances to Day 2 will have reached the money.
Day 2 will begin at 12:30 on Thursday, March 30th at 12:30 PM CET and the field will play as many one-hour levels as it takes to reach the final table of eight.
The final table will begin on Friday, March 31st at 6:00 PM CET and play down to a winner.
