We picks up the action with the board already out in a hand between William Kassouf (under the gun) and Ludovic Haouzi (middle position). The board reads and Kassouf checks. Haouzi shoves for 28,300, just more than the 27,500 Kassouf has back.
In true Kassouf fashion, he talks a lot while he’s in the tank. “Why do you shove? It doesn’t make any sense. Check-check on the turn and now you shove? You have jack-ten huh, ten-queen?”
Kassouf goes on and on, with Haouzi replying every now and then.
The clock is called and Kassouf eventually folds saying Haouzi has jack-ten, showing the he’s laying down.
“How do you know my hand? How do you know my hand?” Haouzi says.
“You’re a professional!” Haouzi follows, slamming on the table for a complete bluff. The table laughs and so does Kassouf who says that’s the only hand that also makes sense.
